As such, visa holders are first granted a Business Skills (Provisional) Visa for 4 years and, after establishing the requisite level of business or maintaining their suitable investment, will be eligible to make an application for a Business Skills (Residence) Visa.<\/p>\n<p>The second pathway leading to direct permanent residence is only open to high-calibre business migrants sponsored by a State\/Territory government. This category is known as the Business Talent Visa (see below).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Business Skills Program is divided into 4 categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business Owner category for owners or part-owners of a business;<\/li>\n<li>Senior Executive category for senior executive employees of major businesses;<\/li>\n<li>Investor category for investors\/business people willing to invest in Australia; and<\/li>\n<li>Business Talent category for high-calibre business people who have sponsorship from a State\/Territory government.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All applicants for Business Skills (Provisional) and Business Talent (Migrant) Visas are required to sign a declaration agreeing to meet certain requirements of their visa after arrival in Australia, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>They must notify the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) of their residential address within 6 months after initial entry in Australia; and<\/li>\n<li>They must continue to notify DIBP of any subsequent changes to their residential address within 28 days of a change of address (including any residential address outside Australia).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There are also additional onshore requirements and obligations for the following visa holders:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business Owner;<\/li>\n<li>State\/Territory Sponsored Business Owner;<\/li>\n<li>Senior Executive Visa holders; and<\/li>\n<li>State\/Territory Sponsored Senior Executive Visa holders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The business must do at least one of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop business links with international markets;<\/li>\n<li>Create or maintain employment in Australia;<\/li>\n<li>Export Australian goods or services;<\/li>\n<li>Produce goods or services that would otherwise be imported;<\/li>\n<li>Introduce new or improved technology; or<\/li>\n<li>Add to commercial activity and competitiveness within sectors of the Australian economy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Family Visit Visa&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1574162365750-df68b5db-98e7&#8243;][vc_column_text]\n<ol>\n<li><strong>UK Family Visit Visa<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You can apply for a Family Visitor visa if<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>you are visiting a family member in the UK<\/li>\n<li>you are from outside the European Economic Area (EEA)and Switzerland<\/li>\n<li>you meet the other eligibility requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You should get a decision on your visa within 3 weeks. You can stay in the UK for 6 months on a Family Visitor visa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Long-term Family Visitor visa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can also apply for a long-term visit visa if you can prove you need to make repeat visits over a longer period. You can stay for a maximum of 6 months on each visit and your visa can last for 1, 2, 5 or 10 years.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You must prove that you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>are 18 or over<\/li>\n<li>are visiting the UK for less than 6 months<\/li>\n<li>will leave the UK at the end of your visit<\/li>\n<li>have enough money to support yourself without working or help from public funds, or that relatives and friends can support and house you<\/li>\n<li>can pay for your return or onward journey<\/li>\n<li>are not in transit to a country outside the UK, Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your family in the UK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You must be able to show that you&#8217;re visiting one of the following family members in the UK:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>spouse or civil partner<\/li>\n<li>children<\/li>\n<li>parents or siblings<\/li>\n<li>grandparents or grandchildren<\/li>\n<li>your spouse&#8217;s or civil partner&#8217;s siblings or parents<\/li>\n<li>your child&#8217;s spouse or civil partner<\/li>\n<li>step parents, step children or step siblings<\/li>\n<li>a person you&#8217;ve been living with in a long-term relationship, as if you were married or in a civil partnership, for at least 2 years before the day you apply<\/li>\n<li>Your family member must also be one of the following:<\/li>\n<li>a British citizen<\/li>\n<li>settled in the UK<\/li>\n<li>granted asylum in the UK<\/li>\n<li>under humanitarian protection in the UK<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required documentation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>your passport<\/li>\n<li>proof of your relationship, e.g. a birth or marriage certificate<\/li>\n<li>a letter from your partner or family in the UK declaring that they are travelling with you or that you are coming to stay with them in the UK<\/li>\n<li>your partner or family member&#8217;s passport or ID card<\/li>\n<li>You must provide proof that you are financially dependent on your family member in the UK if you are applying as their dependent extended family member.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Child visitor visa<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can apply for a Child Visitor visa if you want to come to the UK and:<\/li>\n<li>you are under 18<\/li>\n<li>you are from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland<\/li>\n<li>you meet the other eligibility requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can apply for a visa up to 3 months before your date of travel to the UK. You can only stay in the UK for a maximum of 6 months, or 12 months if you&#8217;re travelling with an academic visitor, e.g. a teacher or researcher.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. USA Family Visit Visa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Immigration and Nationality Act allows for the immigration of foreigners to the United States based on a relationship to a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident. There are two groups of family based immigrant visa categories: Immediate Relative Immigrant visas and Family Preference Immigrant visas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Visa types:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Immediate Relative Immigrant visas are based on a close family relationship with a United States (U.S.) citizen described as an Immediate Relative (IR). The number of immigrants in these categories is not limited each fiscal year. Immediate relative visa types include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>IR-1: Spouse of a U.S. citizen;<\/li>\n<li>IR-2: Unmarried chuld under 21 years of age of a U.S. citizen;<\/li>\n<li>IR-3: Orphan adopted abroad by a U.S. citizen;<\/li>\n<li>IR-4: Orphan to be adopted in the U.S. by a U.S. citizen;<\/li>\n<li>IR-5: Parent of a U.S. citizen who is at least 21 years old.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Family Preference Immigrant visas are for specific, more distant, family relationships with a U.S. citizen and some specified relationships with a Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR). There are fiscal year numerical limitations on family preference immigrants, shown at the end of each category. The family preference categories are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Family First Preference (F1): Unmarried sons and daughters of U.S. citizens, and their minor children, if any. (23,400)<\/li>\n<li>Family Second Preference (F2): Spouses, minor children, and unmarried sons and daughters (age 21 and over) of LPRs. At least seventy-seven percent of all visas available for this category will go to the spouses and children; the remainder is allocated to unmarried sons and daughters. (114,200)<\/li>\n<li>Family Third Preference (F3): Married sons and daughters of U.S. citizens, and their spouses and minor children. (23,400)<\/li>\n<li>Family Fourth Preference (F4): Brothers and sisters of U.S. citizens, and their spouses and minor children, provided the U.S. citizens are at least 21 years of age. (65,000)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Whenever the number of qualified applicants for a category exceeds the available immigrant visas, there will be an immigration wait. In this situation, the available immigrant visas will be issued in the chronological order in which the petitions were filed using their priority date.<\/p>\n<p>Grandparents, aunts, uncles, in-laws, and cousins cannot sponsor a relative for immigration.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Documentation process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As the first step, a sponsoring relative must file a Petition for Alien Relative, Form I-130 with the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After USCIS approves the petition, it is sent to the National Visa Center (NVC). Once received, the NVC will assign a case number for the petition. For family preference immigrant visa cases, when an applicant\u2019s priority date meets the most recent qualifying date, the NVC will instruct the applicant to complete Form DS-261, Choice of Address and Agent. The NVC will begin pre-processing the applicant\u2019s case by providing the applicant and petitioner with instructions to submit the appropriate fees.<\/p>\n<p>After the appropriate fees are paid, the NVC will request that the applicant submit the necessary immigrant visa documents, including the Affidavit of Support, application forms, civil documents, and more.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required documentation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passport(s) valid for 60 days beyond the expiration date printed on the immigrant visa.<\/li>\n<li>Affidavit of Support (Form I-864, I-864A, I-864 EZ, or I-864W, as appropriate) from the petitioner\/U.S. sponsor.<\/li>\n<li>Form DS-260, Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application.<\/li>\n<li>Two (2) 2&#215;2 photographs.<\/li>\n<li>Civil Documents for the applicant (and petitioner in IR-5 and F4 cases).<\/li>\n<li>Completed Medical Examination Forms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Interview and processing time<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once the NVC determines the file is complete with all the required documents, they schedule the applicant\u2019s interview appointment. NVC then sends the file, containing the applicant\u2019s petition and the documents listed above, to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where the applicant will be interviewed for a visa.<\/p>\n<p>Each applicant should bring a valid passport to the interview, as well as any other documentation above not already provided to NVC. A consular officer will interview the applicant, and the consular officer will determine whether the applicant is eligible to receive an immigrant visa in accordance with U.S. immigration law.<\/p>\n<p>Family preference immigrant visa cases take additional time because they are in numerically limited visa categories. The length of time varies from case to case and cannot be predicted for individual cases with any accuracy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a03. <\/strong><strong>German Family Visit Visa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>German Family Visit Visa is known as German Family Reunion Visa. Third country nationals legally residing in Germany often can bring over their non-German family members who reside outside the European Union, whether to remain there temporarily or permanently.<\/p>\n<p>If a national of the European Union, the European Economic Area or the European Free Trade Association wished to join their family members, spouse or relative in Germany, all they have to do is to be able to financially maintain themselves. They can work without the need to obtain a work permit or a residence permit.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, third country nationals will have to obtain a Family Reunion visa, which is a long-stay visa that can later be extended to a residence permit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligible Applicants for a German Family Reunion Visa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In order for one to be able to obtain the National Family Reunion Visa, whether a marriage visa, fiance visa, spouse visa or for other family members, he or she must be a relative of the resident in Germany, as well as to fulfill some other eligibility criteria. Such visa holders are deemed as persons who are not Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada, and are legally authorized to enter Canada. Anyone who visits Canada from a temporary resident visa-required country must initially apply from outside the country. A friend or family member must apply to the Canadian visa office responsible for his or her country or region. A visa officer will review the application and decide whether to issue a visa. One may provide a family member or friend a letter of invitation in support of their application.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements for the Temporary Resident Visa <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must show the immigration officer that you meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, and that you will be in Canada for a temporary stay.<\/li>\n<li>You must satisfy an officer that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, show that you have enough money to maintain yourself and your family members in Canada and to return home, not intend to work or study in Canada unless authorized to do so, be law abiding and have no record of criminal activity, not be a risk to the security of Canada, provide any additional document requested by the officer to establish your admissibility, and be in good health (complete a medical examination if required).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your family members include your spouse or common-law partner, your dependent children and any children that are their dependent children.*<\/p>\n<p>*Refers to the children of the applicant and those of the spouse or common-law partner, if applicable. If you want to stay longer than your authorized stay, you should apply for an extension at least 30 days before the authorized end of your stay.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a05. <\/strong><strong>Australia Family Visit Visa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To visit your family members in Australia you are required to have Visitor Visa (Subclass 600).
