Foreign education is an effective means to accelerate our country’s overall development. It is certainly true that revolutionary change of a nation is the result of quality education. Through proper education we learn about the most updated strategies and tools to use and design new methods and technologies for the future, which consequently drive the progress of a nation. However, proper education which integrates scientific method in teaching and learning and focuses on solving existing problems in the related field may help a county thrive. Hence, there has no second alternative to foreign education in order to ensure a paced improvement.

Foreign education not only helps our students get realistic education in an international environment but also provides them with a plethora of new opportunities, and eventually guides them to transform into international professionals. The very first and foremost change that occurs to our students is an enormous cultural shift, converting them from urgency oriented personalities to routinely professionals, transforming them from self-centered thinkers  to large impactful visionaries. The international touch they get in the foreign institutions truly broadens their thoughts and inspires them to be global representative instead of being confined in national boundaries.

The astounding success in the export industry is the output of initiatives taking by our students’ studying abroad. There are a great number of students who get engaged in business after the completion of their study. They find out new opportunities which is beneficiary for both Bangladesh and the country where they are doing their business. Thus they are fueling the remittance income and at the same time creating new job opportunities in Bangladesh. Recently a large number of Bangladeshi entrepreneurs, who were students previously, started BPO businesses in many developed countries such as America, Australia, Canada, New Zealand etc., their office being located in Bangladesh. By doing this, they are actually exporting intellectual properties and bringing greater outputs for Bangladesh.

It is no denying fact that Bangladeshi education system at higher level lacks in quality standard. Almost all the universities including the public ones provide theory based education avoiding the practical implication during the whole studying period. Moreover, research activities are rarely prioritized. Until we can truly depend on our education system for producing world-class human assets, foreign education could be the means of generating good leaders for the country.
